Have you ever known someone (including yourself) that you wanted to name Eeyore- as in the gloomy character in “Winnie the Pooh”?  Feeling sad or depressed can drain us (and those around us)  of our most treasured emotional gifts: happiness, pleasure, comfort, and most of all – energy. Our head is somewhere else-whether obsessing about an unknown future (anxiety) or feeling stuck and unable to move out of our emotional funk (depression).
