The 5 Supplements I Recommend for Pregnancy + a Fun Mocktail Recipe
Dawna of Inspired Living has a cute story to share regarding putting together a pregnancy supplement protocol and the influx of new pregnancies during quarantine! SHOCKER! Take it away Dawna:
My new moms are approaching the Holidays now in their 1st trimester, and of course are totally nauseous. I always send out a bottle of Phosfood Liquid to get them through this phase.
I got great feedback from one of my moms who offered up a little ‘Mocktail’ recipe to make Phosfood Liquid fun and festive for the Holidays!
One of my other moms was having trouble with milk production and I sent her a bottle of Mammary PMG and she went from a few ounces in 20 minutes of pumping, to 10 ounces in 5 minutes per side!
Contains 800 mg of DHA, and 400 EPA. You’ve heard of the term ‘pregnancy brain?’ Well, the baby will get all the DHA it needs at the expense of the mother.
Support digestion! Help them get the most out of their food! Most of my moms suffer from poor digestion and will get occasional acid reflux. I find that adding Zypan not only helps them absorb and assimilate the nutrients better, the reflux stops, and they have less problem pooping!
Immune System Support for mom and developing fetus! Mom does not need to get sick, but I hear from my breastfeeding moms of the babies having super immune systems! No colds or fevers.
And of course, a clean healthy diet! I always hear back of happy healthy babies that sleep through the night and don’t fuss. If mom is nourished, the babies will thrive!
Thanks for sharing, Dawna. Let us know if you have any supplements you recommend for your pregnant clients that you’d like to share with us.
