Self Care and Keeping Your Body in Tip Top Shape

This week’s self care tip comes from Dawna, PMP CN of Inspired Living! Dawna, who is a wellness expert and Clinical Nutritionist, believes that taking care of yourself is essential for overall well-being. She recommends incorporating small acts of self care into your daily routine, such as taking a few minutes each day to practice mindfulness or engaging in activities that bring you joy. By prioritizing self care, you can improve your mental and physical health, reduce stress, and enhance your quality of life.

“What is your self-care protocol? Are you managing your stress? Are you eating & sleeping well? Are you exhausting yourself to the point that when you do get home, you have nothing left for the spouse, kids, and/or animals?

You will experience BURN OUT if you keep up this pace! As practitioners, it’s super important for us to remember to TAKE CARE OF OURSELVES!  If our cup is empty, then we have nothing left for our patients/clients.

We sell Standard Process nutrition in our practice, why not USE IT! I SURE DO! It’s recommended that you and your whole staff do the 21 Day Purification! Eat the Turmeric Forte and Echinacea Premium! Gobble up the Cod Liver Oil and guzzle the Calamari Oil! Ok, maybe don’t guzzle it! But I do keep a bottle here in the refrigerator at my office for muscle testing and a little afternoon pick me up! Mind your gut health with some Zypan, Multizyme, or Enzycore… The new GI Stability is a stellar product too! I love to pair it with Epimune and Prosynbiotic. Happy gut, happy brain.”
