How to Create an Instagram Profile for Your Healthcare Practice
In our last Biz Tip, we discussed how to create a Facebook page for your business. If Instagram is more your thing, Cristina is here to show you how you can create one for your business and utilize all the features it has to offer!
Download and launch the app.
Sign up or log in with Facebook
Fill out the required information.
Once you’re setup, head over to settings then click on Switch to Business account.
Post and follow other users!
Note: Anyone can create a profile, but switching to a Business account gets you access to a ton of features like analytics, relevant business inform like store hours and call-to-action links.
Unlike Facebook, Instagram is image-based, which means having compelling imagery is key to grabbing your user’s attention. If you need ideas for what to post, follow other in your industry to get inspired. It also doesn’t hurt to invest in a photoshoot or two for your business so you have a catalog of imagery to choose from.
In addition to eye-catching imagery, use hashtags to expand your reach. Think of keywords you users would use to search for your content. Those keywords become your hashtags. You’re only allowed up to 30 hashtags on a post so use them wisely. #biztip
A note from Kim – Cristina is like a marketing angel, and I am so grateful to be working with her! She’s creating what’s soon to be a beautiful website together for me, and then my next step will be professional Facebook and Instagram accounts. If you’re in need of support around marketing, she is your gal! And, she uses Standard Process and Medi Herb! How great is that? All of the material in today’s email was put together by her- for your benefit. My deepest thanks for all that you do Cristina!!
