I have the Nextdoor app which is a constant feed of local community stuff including everything from lost dogs, to practitioner recommendations! That’s right! I see all the time people in my local community asking for chiropractic recommendations, nutritionists, acupuncturists! It’s an easy way to stay connected to your local community, and it’s FREE!
Alignable
I’ve also just been invited to join what’s called Alignable. This is an online networking platform that connects you to other professionals in your area. It was easy to set up, and they offer a free webinar to get you started too! I was invited by one of my clients and even though it’s all new to me, this looks pretty cool!
BNI
Most networking gigs are all online now and are really doing well! If you’re interested in a paid professional networking group, then BNI (Business Networking International) is your best gig! I’ve been a member here for going on 5 years. It’s not free, but it is effective! This group brought me an additional $70,000.00 in revenue my first year with them, and the referrals continue to roll in!
